Free email audit for coaches what your list could be doing

Email marketing for coaches who’d rather coach.

You sell trust, and email is the only channel where you own the relationship. But writing it every week, keeping it out of Promotions and turning readers into clients is a second job. We take that job. You keep the voice and the clients.

The list isn’t dead. It’s just been left alone.

Nearly every coach we speak to has the same story: a list built from a free guide a year or two ago, a launch or two sent to it, and then silence. When we look under the hood, it’s one of these.

01

You only email when you’re selling

Months of silence, then a launch. Readers forget who you are, open rates fall, and Gmail starts filing you under Promotions because nobody engages.

02

The emails never reach them

The domain records were never set up, the list is full of people who stopped opening, and the template looks like a newsletter. Most of your list isn’t seeing you at all.

03

There’s no path to a call

The emails are thoughtful but ask for nothing. No welcome sequence, no follow-up after someone clicks, no clear next step. Readers stay readers.

It can be one, two, or all three, and guessing wrong wastes months. So the first thing we do, before anything else, is find out which. The audit is free, and the diagnosis is yours whatever you decide next.

A quiet list goes cold, and cold costs you clients you’d already earned.

Everyone on your list raised their hand at some point. Every month they hear nothing, a few of them solve the problem with someone else, and the launch you’re planning lands on people who have half forgotten you.

Consistency is the whole game in coaching. It’s also exactly the part that’s hardest to do alone, which is why it keeps not happening.

Diagnose first. Then build. Then run it.

1

Diagnose

We go through your list, your setup and what you’ve sent so far: who’s still warm, where emails land, where readers drop before booking. A written diagnosis, ranked by what’s costing you most.

2

Build

A welcome sequence that turns new subscribers into people who know you, weekly emails in your voice, the delivery fixes so they actually arrive, and a clear path from reading to booking a call.

3

Run

We write and send, you approve. Every campaign watched for where it lands and what it did, with a short weekly note instead of a dashboard.

Fedi hired us for his email. Here’s how it went, in his words.

Fedi is a business and mindset coach and the founder of Pillars of the Ummah. His list is his main way of reaching people, and it needed to work harder. He recorded this short video about what working together looked like.

A free audit, then one engagement.

We don’t sell one-off fixes, because email that works needs running to keep working. So it’s simple: a free audit that finds what’s wrong, and one engagement where we fix it and run it.

The free audit

one-off · returned in 5 business days

Send us your list size, your email tool and your last campaign. Back comes a written diagnosis: whether the problem is growth, delivery or the emails themselves, and what to fix first. Yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Questions we get, before you ask them.

I only have a few hundred people on my list. Is that enough?

For a coach, often yes. Three hundred people who signed up because they wanted your help is worth more than thousands of cold followers. The audit will tell you honestly whether the list needs growing first or whether it’s simply being under-used.

I sell high-ticket coaching. Does email work for that?

It’s one of the best channels for it, because high-ticket needs trust and email builds it over weeks, not in one post. The job is a sequence that earns the call, not a hard sell, and that’s exactly what we build.

Will it sound like me?

That’s the whole point. We learn your voice from calls, voice notes and what you’ve already written, and nothing goes out without your yes. Clients regularly say readers assume they wrote it themselves.

I don’t want to email my list every day.

Neither do we. For most coaches one good email a week, plus a welcome sequence that runs itself, is plenty. The rhythm is agreed with you, not imposed.

What about launches?

Launches work far better on a list that’s been warmed for months than on one that hears from you twice a year. We plan the launch emails as part of the engagement, and the weekly sending in between is what makes them land.

Thirty minutes on your list. No pitch, just what it could be doing.

Bring your list size, your email tool and how you sell. You’ll leave with a straight answer on what to fix first, whether or not we end up working together.
