The signals filters actually read.

The checker looks at the things Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo weigh when they decide where to file your email: spam-trigger words, shouty punctuation and ALL-CAPS, how much of the email is image versus text, how many links it carries, and whether it has the unsubscribe link that keeps you out of the spam folder.
